Our Mission Statement:

Amazing Aussies is dedicated to rescuing Lethal White Australian Shepherds and matching them with new
forever families while raising awareness to eradicate Merle-to-Merle breeding through educational programs

Foster Homes needed to save lives!!

We are in need of loving foster homes to care for the dogs/puppies we bring
in to our rescue while they are on their journey to adoption.

If you feel like you can open your heart and your home** to one of our rescues
 in need please email volunteers@amazingaussies.com

 We need people to make a difference in the lives of these wonderful animals
....... the rewards are endless!
 

**Foster homes need only supply lots of love, a caring home, food, treats, and toys. 
Amazing Aussies will provide for all other needs including veterinary care.*

               Meet Pearl & her puppies

                  
                   a very pregnant Pearl                    a found treasure                  trying to build another nest

                           
                                  8 babies at 3 days old                                4 girls & 4 boys
      

 A chained and very pregnant Pearl was left behind in her backyard when her previous
owners moved away.   The puppies' father, a cattle dog, was found chained there
as well.  Lucky for dad, Pearl and her babies to be, they were found and rescued from
an awful fate.  Pearl is a deaf aussie/cattle dog/terrier about 2 yrs old.  She is a wonderful
girl and has had no issues sharing her babies with humans, young and old.  Pearl is
also good with other dogs, but keeps a close eye on her little ones like a good mama should. 

Pearl will be available for adoption once her puppies are weaned and ready to investigate
the world on their own.  She will be spayed, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

Watch for pictures of the puppies!  They will be available for adoption as well
when age appropriate.

                 Manny                         Sid                      Nadia             

These cute siblings are about 8 wks old.  They were found abandoned on the
streets along with 3 other siblings.  Since they have special needs, the shelter
contacted us to help with these 3 little ones.  Manny is the largest of the 2 boys.
He's a snuggler and likes to follow his "person" all around to see what they are doing!
Sid is the independent boy.  He doesn't mind being held, but likes to be off and
exploring.  Nadia is another snuggler and gives lots of puppy kisses.  All 3 pups have
been running and playing with their much larger foster siblings!  Manny and Sid are both
deaf, but have good vision.  Nadia is deaf and very vision impaired...although like
all our pups...their special needs do not slow them down one bit!

Dozer

Dozer is a 4 yr old beautiful boy that was adopted through Amazing Aussies almost 3 yrs ago.
He is great with people and other pets (and kitties!) but he likes to be #1 when it comes to attention
so would also do well as an only dog.  Dozer has been to obedience training and loves to play ball and frisbee with lots of stamina!  He especially enjoys to be given commands and loves the rewards to
follow, either treats or "good boys"!   This combination of energy level and the desire to please his humans may make him a good candidate for agility or other such activities. He has full hearing and good eyesight with some problems in bright sunlight.  Dozer's mom and dad love him very much, but they leaving to
do missionary work out of the country for an extended period of time and cannot take Dozer with them.

Dozer is housebroken, crate trained, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped.

  We are always in need of foster homes.  There are also many volunteer opportunities to help us save one of these special companions in Arizona, Illinois and across the United States. Please consider helping.
