News From Foster Family:

Sugar is a real sweetheart! She plays well with the other dogs and loves being wherever her human companion is. . She is a seasoned traveler and loves to ride in the car. Sugar is current on immunizations, spayed, micro-chipped.  Sugar is crate trained although she has not been crated for quite some time.

My Ideal Companions:

Sugar loves chasing and playing with the other she would need to be part of a multi-dog household.

My Perfect Home:

The perfect home for Sugar would be one that was very active and social. She would be great to take on hikes and to enjoy outdoor activities with. However, because she is prone to eye problems, her outdoor time needs to be restricted to early mornings or late evenings when the sun is at its weakest.

Sugar has had an eye removed due to glaucoma  and  will need a minimum of 2x yearly eye exams at the doggie eye doctor.   Her remaining eye will need to be closely monitored for any changes as this will require an immediate visit to the eye doctor.  Sugar does receive eye vitamins daily and will need to continue to do so for her life time.

Rescue History:

Rescued and lovingly temp fostered by Diane and Les in Boise, Idaho...then transferred to Phoenix.

If you would like to make this wonderful baby a part of your home, please contact Lorraine for an adoption application
