News From Foster Family:
Update from Hanna's foster home. Hanna is
adjusting well to her "brother and sisters", and is delighted to be
one of the gang. She loves to play with them, but her favorite
place is at "mom"s feet. She has gained several pounds, in fact I
have had to start rationing her food. She still is a puppy and has
to learn manners, but is getting the hang of hand signals, and will
now sit quietly for her eye drops (providing I have a treat
ready!). She is definitely a high energy puppy, and an ideal family
would be one with at least one other active dog, and a family who
likes to go places and do things. She has never met a
stranger, adores kids, and will return your love ten fold.

My Ideal
Companions:
a fun loving doggie(s) to play with.
|
My Perfect Home:
Hanna would do well in an active home that will take Hanna hiking, walking
in the park, car rides, etc. She needs to be an interactive part
of the family. Hanna will need a fenced yard to keep her safe when off
leash.

Rescue History:
Hanna came to us from a vet who rescued her from a PTS situation at the
shelter. Her owner had just been to the vet with her, had her checked
out, and because she was confirmed as deaf, the owner later dumped her at
the nearest shelter.
Lucky for Hanna that the vet had that suspicion and
followed up on her well-being. After she left the shelter, it was also
confirmed that she had a broken femur in her hind leg.
