News From Foster Family:
Conner is a typical aussie pup.  He loves to play with everyone and everything.  At his current age, he needs lots of toys to entertain him and provide a chewing source for his adult teeth that are starting to emerge.  He knows basic obedience commands using hand signals as he is deaf.  Conner is in the process of learning not to jump up on people. 

Conner is neutered, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped

 

My Ideal Companions:  
 Conner would do best with a doggie playmate with a similar energy level.  He does well with kids, but because of his age, will need his training continued on "non-jumping" and "no mouthing" manners.  Conner also gets along fine with cats.

 

My Perfect Home:  
Conner will need an active home as do almost all aussies.  He is very smart and will need to have his mind stimulated as well as his body.  He will be a great companion dog...from hiking (needs to be kept on a leash for his safety) to going for car rides to watching TV.  Yes...he does enjoy sitting by you on the sofa and watching what's happening on the TV screen. 

 

Rescue History: 
Conner came to us from a shelter in Northern California when he was 8-10 wks old.  Thanks to some wonderful volunteers, he was ground transported along with another beautiful puppy, Akira to our rescue.
